At Roppongi Robata & Sushi, we honor the ancient tradition of robata-yaki — the art of grilling over live charcoal. Whole fish, premium meats, and seasonal vegetables are prepared in front of you, filling the room with the warmth of open fire.

Our seafood is flown directly from Japan. Every piece of nigiri, every cut of sashimi speaks to the unbroken bond between the chef and the sea.

Roppongi was born from a deep reverence for robata-yaki — the ancient Japanese tradition of grilling over glowing charcoal. Named after Tokyo's celebrated district, we bring that spirit to Staten Island: an intimate counter, an open fire, and ingredients treated with unwavering respect.
